The terms for using this website and enrolling in a Gratis programme. Last updated April 2026.

About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and your enrolment in any programme offered by Gratis Gagan Institute (“Gratis”, “we”), 112 Elizabeth Street, 2nd Floor, Toronto, ON M5G 1P5. By using the website or enrolling in a programme, you agree to them.

Website use

The content on this website, including text, images and design, belongs to Gratis Gagan Institute and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

Programme enrolment

All programmes require a proficiency assessment before enrolment.
Placement is based on your assessment result and your goals.
Enrolment is confirmed only after the official Enrolment Form is submitted and the fee is paid.
A fee receipt is issued at the time of payment.
Batch start dates are given at enrolment. Joining mid-batch is not permitted.

Programme fees

Fees are explained during counselling and confirmed on the Enrolment Form and fee receipt. Fees listed by third parties are not authorised and should not be relied on.

Refund policy

Refunds before the programme starts are considered case by case, at the Director’s discretion.
Fees are non-refundable once the programme has started.
If Gratis cancels a programme before its start date, you receive a full refund.

Attendance and participation

Students must keep to the required attendance.
Attendance is tracked daily and shared through the Progress Tracker.
Homework is tracked as submitted or not submitted.
Completing all assessments is mandatory.

Guarantee terms

Guarantee eligibility depends on the conditions shared in programme materials on day 1, including attendance, homework and assessments. Guarantee decisions are made only by the Director or Co-Director after the Exit Diagnostic and a second verification. Trainers and counsellors cannot communicate these decisions.

Gratis certificates

Gratis certificates record results of assessments and courses run by Gratis. They are not official IELTS, PTE, CELPIP, TOEFL, TCF or TEF score reports. Gratis may withdraw a certificate issued in error; the verification page then shows it as revoked.
